Continental breakfast- WHY ARE THEY LYING AGAIN'


Tanning Bed- LIES LIES LIES


Car Wash- CAN WE PLEASE GET A HOSE SO THAT WE CAN USE THIS SORRY EXCUSE FOR A CAR WASH AREA, WHICH INCLUDES A COUPLE OF PARKING SPACES AND A HALF USABLE VACUUM CLEANER!

While there are some hints of honesty in this review, I can say from first-hand experience that South Terrace Apartments has been unfairly portrayed by someone clearly very angry. From what i can see, this person is relying on out of date information. I've lived at South Terrace for years and I've seen it change. I will reply to these claims individually: Monitored intrusion alarms - I pay $15 per month for mine. it makes me and my family feel much safer knowing that someone is paying attention. we were not pressured into purchasing the service, it is not required. Private corner units - My apartment faces the woods. Its very quiet, we're upstairs and only have a neighbor on one side of our apartment. Prewired high-speed internet access - The leasing Office has high-speed internet that they are more than happy to let us use. I pay for internet service in my apartment, but there have been times when i was in a hurry on my way to work or some from work and i needed to quickly send something. I was able to email from my car in the front parking lot. Gated entrance with attendant- Mr.-----is the gate attendant. He's been working there since the place opened. He doesn't work every night though. He's usually there when ig et home from work, but doesn't stay very late into the night. Resort-style Swimming Pool and scenic pool deck with a grilling area, cozy gas lighting and water volleyball net - There used to be a volleyball net. I don't know what happened to it. Some kids probably ruined it. 3-acre lake with lighted fountain - The city os doing maintenance on the pond, so it looks a little gross for the last couple of months, bu The pond is very nice when the weather is good. It does attract some gnats and mosquitos, but the geese in the summer are pleasant and as soon as all of the new landscaping around it is finished, i'm sure it'll be back to normal. Walking trails- FILLED WITH DUCK WASTES AND MOSQUITOES Complimentary airport shuttle service - I used it last week. Laptop library - Is gone, but the property doesn't claim to have it anymore. A richly appointed Clubhouse with 24-hour access- Has a pool table in it. Some of us play. It's usually empty though. A state-of-the-art Fitness Center- Gets a lot of use. Alwasy someone in there. It motivates me. The only thing i wish they had that they don't is a calf-curl machine. An elegantly southern Carriage House for gatherings - the carriage house was turned into the pool room. I don't know why this is listed twice. 24-hour emergency maintenance - Note: EMERGENCY, the only time i ever called was when my showerhead blew off at about 11pm. Willie told me how to turn the water off over the phone and came to fix it the next morning.... so early it actually woke me up. Convenient garages- are all full. Continental breakfast- they have coffee in the office, but not usually anything to eat. Tanning Bed- sold, long ago. I heard it was to pay for that pool table. Car Wash- has always worked for me. i like that it is hidden. and the hose is like a powerwasher. the vaccuum is hit or miss though. it only works about 75% of the time.

Of course since I posted and a neighbor actually called the office to advise you of the post that I know personally, you would respond like this being a member of the office staff. Please, you are so shallow and obvious. I can post and within the same day you check it out? This is a current post I live there this is not past information. You contradicted yourself more than once in your post. Read the other reviews and please stay off the internet when you should be having maint come and fix my stove and clean up all the glass in the parking lot by the 1600 building from the party this weekend!!! Unless you are moving next month like me there is no need for you to automatically come to this site. How about you search for the other sites where this is posted. You are so slow!!!!! You can't find all the sites. But one thing you can not erase.... All the police reports that are being filed for the crime out in the area. Stop playing yourself, be safe and please don't go out by the mailbox unless you are with a group. Maybe if or should I say when the crime happens to you, you will not be so light hearted.
