The apartments I admit were very nice. And at forst i didnt mind the rent for such amenities. But after having lived there for ony a year I realized that it was money wasted. In the year that I have been there Management has changed at least three times, the employees have changed at least 5 time (as a group) and the maintanence staff is slack. The management that is currently there ------, ---- and another woman whom i have not had the chance to deal with are completely incompetant and will try their best to run a scam on your finances if you arent paying attention. Their customer service is despicable, ------ has a horrible attitude and loathsome demeanor.The crime rate has increaded a tad considering someone was attacked recently in broad daylight with other apartments around and the complex did not bother to inform the residents until 2-3 weeks later. The walls are fairly thin i was able to hear the apartment under me and the dog that would never stop.

I would strongly suggest not wasting money or your life on this place only having to move in a years time.

wow...i thought i was alone in my opinion as well. I thinkits a great idea to pass it around only problem is im sure they would contest it vehemently. But I say you should do it!! I have no idea why she is still there...until the company gets it right and incorparates people who actually car about the job and not just about a paycheck they will continue to lose ratings and respect. I couldnt find a way to contact corporate but PLEASE if you find and effective way let me know.

HI, please email me at dandydeberry@yahoo.com I am filing a law suit again South Terrace of Auburn. I have held my bill of 8xx.xx in dispute since April and have not received a call back yet. It will go against your credit report. Another ex-resident of South Terrace is filing a law suit also. BYL is a collections agency. This will hurt you when you try to apply for another apartment. They added bogust fees on me also when I moved. If you are getting calls from BYL please email me.
