Not a good experience...

At first I really liked living here. Since I've moved in things have definitely gone downhill. The "pond" is a giant mudpuddle and nothing is being done to change it. The staff is terrible and seem to be annoyed if you so much as ask them to get a package from their mailroom for you. The parking is rediculous as well. I had a friend visit for four hours on a Friday night and between the time she arrived and the time she left she had already gotten a "final notice" sticker on her windshield saying her car would be towed for parking without a pass (even though you can't get a pass when the office is closed). The crime has been getting worse as well. They claim the police watch but the only thing I've ever seen is an empty patrol car sitting by the front gate on weekends. The units are pretty nice but the management staff and the way they run things in general is rediculous. All in all it's been a bad experience and I will not rent from them again. For as much as they charge and as little as they do for you it is very easy to find a better deal.

This is a very honest review. The area is getting quite ghetto. I must say however, that the new property manager is much better than the last with at least "acting" like she is concerned with your issues. I am quite appalled that the bookkeeper is still employed, my water bill was over $100, no explanation could be given. Since she could not explain what happened or the error of billing I was given some excuse about the meter in my apartment, by the way they are really talking about the meter on your hot water heater. I think there is something illegal going on there, but that hasn't been proven yet. ANyway, since I didnt pay the water bill they couldnt explain, $100 for 45 days, they added a $6x late fee. My lease is up very soon, I am moving. I was in the office the other day, more than one residence was coming in to give notice of intent to vacate. Most of the apartments are becoming empty because of the swift change in the atmosphere around this neighborhood. If you are up for loud music, parties in the middle of the night, glass laying in parking areas, red stickers on your guests cars (embarassing), by the way... they dont tear off easily.. walking long distances to get to your apartment, because your neighbors are too young and immature to realize that it is rude to take up 3 and 4 close spaces instead of allowing others and parking in over-flow areas.. dont mind being sexually assaulted, car broken into randomly while the door to the gate remains open at all times of night and people follow other cars through the gate instead of calling through the security box, an empty police car that sits for more than 48 hours in the same spot, not even with park lights on (that would at least fool some burgulars)... two front desk personnell who are both snoody and sarcastic...college kids walking around half naked... a pond that sprinkles mud...loud music from neighbors...a bookkeeper that is rude obnoxious and knows nothing about bookkeeping...and a manager whom is new and was thrown into this chaos and is afraid to get rid of the people in the office that she has had multiple complaints about... this is the place for you.
