I have been happy with my experiance. My apartment is a nice size with a nice view and the location is great! Close to shopping, walking trails etc. The pool is well kept and looks great. Of note, you can't beat the counterspace in the kitchens. I have been satified with the management, although it recently changed companies--have not had a lot of interaction since then to assess.

There are a few areas for improvement, however. Some times the gates into the complex do not alway work, which is concerning for safety. The landscaping is OK, not spectacular. The fitness center is rather small but with the nearby bike trails etc, not that much a priority this time of year.

Despite these minor things, the price was right for the size of apartment and amenities. Overall--I have enjoyed my stay here. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
