There are so many things I could write about Archstone Southpoint, but I'll keep it simple. It all begins when you move in. The management staff are all friendly people and they seem like they genuinely care until something happens to you. Then, they are like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Their true side comes out. In fact, they are rude and very unprofessional. They proved that they definitely don't care about the well being of their residents. There have been NUMEROUS CAR AND APT BREAK-INS. Why wouldn't it be though' The gates are always wide open for anyone that wants to enter. You definitely don't need a gate card. Anyway, Archstone isn't a truly gated community. You can walk straight to the shopping center without going outside of the gate.
You can complain all you want to about the apartment after you've signed your lease, but they don't care. They only want to put on a fake smile for prospects until they've agreed to move in and collect your rent. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR LITTLE SCAM!!!!!
The bottom line is that Archstone isn't safe for anyone. A place like that DESPERATELY needs an onsite police officer and alarm systems in EVERY apartment. If you truly care about your well being, Archstone Southpoint should be one of your last resorts. DO NOT MOVE HERE! To the management: GET RID OF THE "100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED"...it's false advertising!
