Leasee BEWARE.

I had to call the executive offices Archstone which was merged with another REIT recently in order to prevent from being billed for the uncleaned, urine laden carpet which was present when I arrived.

Aside from this, MOLD was a big issue. Ventilation design in bathrooms an issue. They also skewed the rent heavily. There are times when people in this complex pay 100% MORE for the SAME APARTMENT than others. Welcome to Archstone.

For a while there was a break-in or auto theft almost every night during 2002. This is public record, go take a look.

Lots of other deals. GO ELSEWHERE>

Archstone didn't merge with steven bell, they sold it to them.
