I must agree with most everyone else. EVERY apartment has a different price. I paid $600 dollars to move my pets in. The drainage is horrible, the windows mold BADLY (also high power bill due to that), the carpets get dirty with in a week...when old stains show up, the lake should be beautiful but it has trash all around and no where to sit. The staff is very unfriendly and only want you to sign then forget your existence. No security because the gate is always WIDE OPEN !!!
The positives are the location, the pool which rules, and the bike trail.
I will continue to live here for another year because I LOVE MY NEIGHBORS, but I may rethink if the apartment owners do not exterminate all the spiders and do something about the mold and window leakage problems.
