The management at Southpoint Crossing is horrible...they take several days to return calls, bill you incorrectly on move-out forms, and seem to have no concern about the safety of tennants. My window was broken in the middle of winter, and it took a week to have it repaired. Not good in the middle of a snowstorm.

The management here talks a good game and seems nice, but once you are in it all vanishes. If you really want to live in the area, keep on looking.
