I lived here when it was Archstone. After reading all the reviews I had to say something.

I lived in the 2 bedroom 2 bath. I rented their strictly on price. The assistant manager there at the time was rude. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought she was just having a bad day. But no! She had bad days all the time.

Work orders were done very quickly. It was always the very next day. I thought very highly of the maintence guy. Its a shame I can't say the same about their staff though.

Amenities...

Gates! That was a total joke. During the year I lived there it worked for 1 month. 1 MONTH out of a year!
Fitness center 4 machines. Enough said about that.

Apartment highlights..

I loved the closet in the apartment. They are huge. Patio was a nice size as well. Bathroom could have been better. Insulation was horrible. I lived on second floor and I could hear the people on first floor and beside me. It was horrible.

I wanted to move regardless because the staff was just plan rude, but I had to wait my time out. What really pushed me was when I recieved my renewal and had an increase that was not affordable. I understood that I was going to get an increase perhaps $50 or even less. But when I opened my letter to see it was close to $200 I said I'm out of here!

By the way let me just say that crime happens anywhere and everywhere. Even if you live in the best of neighborhoods it happens. Best thing to do is lock up your doors and place your valuables inside and get an alarm system. NO matter where you are no one can ever gurantee anyones saftey and if they do they are lying.
