After living at Southpint Crossing(was Archstone) for 2.5 years, I had no other choice but to give a move out notice. Everything was wonderful until the company was taken over by Steven D. Bell who decided to bring in the worst staff I have ever seen. Staff is very unprofessional, phony, and deceitful especially as it gets closer to the end of the lease term. Don't be fooled by the smiles especially the property manager. When I asked the property manager to explain the additional fees that were momentarily threw on a move out sheet after giving a notice, the property manager amy leber became so defensive and threated to call the police. Totally was not that serious or necessary!! Did everything she could to cover up the real reason for the charges in a very unprofessional manner. For this reason, can not say that I would recommend anyone to this place!
