I lived at Southpoint Crossing from March to September 2004. I found it to be a very nice place to live, in a great location, for a reasonable rent. I moved out this September because I had finally saved enough to put a down payment on a home.

I was very pleased with the layout and square footage of my 1 BR apt, especially for the price. I rented a washer and dryer, so I can't speak to the laundry facilities, but the pool is nice and often used. The location is fantastic. It is super convenient to RTP and the Streets at Southpoint, and you can walk to the supermarket and numerous restaurants. Also, the community is bordered by an city-sponsored trail ("rails to trails") that is great for biking, walking, or running. All in all, I was very pleased with the apartment I lived in and the service I received from the friendly staff.

Note: The move-out process is a cinch if you clean your apartment. I had no problems or complaints.
