I have lived at Archstone Southpoint for 2 years. The staff is very friendly and responsive to my needs. The 24 hr Service guarantee is real. The pool was open early compared to other communities and they just powerwashed all the buildings. They are really doing a great job keeping this community beautiful. Not to mention the convience to major shopping. I LOVE IT HERE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.
