After a long stay at Southpoint Crossing, formerly Archstone, I was glad to finally go. The apartments were okay, but the office staff was horrible. They did not care about their tenants...All they cared about were their ratings. After living there for three years, I got placed on the non-renewal list (because of my dog), which by the way had not done anything to anyone. The neighbors dog bit someone, but was that person placed on non-renewal...NO. Since moving out, I have talked with several people who are currently up for non-renewal (because of their dogs). If they let the people move in in the first place with their dogs, then why is it such an issue now. I just think that that's a horrible way to treat people. It was a huge inconvenience when I had to move out, but I absolutely love where I live now. The office staff is wonderful, the apartments are great, and they love my dog!
