Don't live here!

This place is not a good place to live. When we moved there in 2000 Archstone was hurting because it was one the few places that would take big dogs. We soon found out that the office staff was never there and took their sweet time getting back to you. When Steven Bell took over they acted like they did us a favor by giving us a place to live. The office staff was 10 times worse than before. They will find ways to make your life miserable when you move out. They will expect you to pay for new carpet when you leave regardless of the shape of it. All of our neighbors warned us when they moved out. As for safety, we had car break-ins all of the time. There was even a girl who got held up in the parking lot. Ihave no idea why, but there has always been a spider problem on the second floor. If you get a lake view apt. don't expect to have any parking. Those apts. never had enough parking for tennents. As for all the Amy stories: They are all true. She was a nightmare. There is also a lot of noise. You name it--they had it. The problem is that the office never really did anything about it. Another tip: Document everything! Maybe you will end up better than those of us that had to learn the hard way.
