I lived in this community for two years. Here is our experience-rowdy unattended children at the pool. There was also an incident where an unattended child screamed while in the pool about having to pee. Her older brother told her to stop screaming. She kept going on for several minutes about having to pee. Then finally she stopped complaining and we realized she had relieved herself in the pool. We had kids who tried to harass people not in their group out of the pool. We had a woman move in below us that started to harass us. She would come upstairs and say that our walking around our apartment was making her dishes and furniture rattle. We were only walking around our apartment to do normal things. She continued to come to our door to try and entice us into a confrontation. We stopped answering our door when she would knock. The management was useless. We got a letter from management saying there had been a complaint filed on us! We were under constant harassment from this neighbour and management sided with a woman who was looking for confrontation. We were disgusted. They were no help. They also entered our apartment one time when we were at work by mistake. Apparently someone else had reported a problem in their apartment and they mistaken entered our apartment while we were away without our knowledge. I still wonder if it was the woman below us who made a false work request on our apartment or just the incompetence of the management. When we gave notice we were moving out we did it several months in advance. I called the office a few days after hand delivering the letter to them and they had lost it. They claimed to have no record of my letter stating when I was moving out. The management was completely incompetent group of people unwilling to take responsibility. I also one time received a notice saying I hadn't paid my rent. I paid my rent on time every month I lived there. They also kept losing my phone number and would leave messages for me at my prior residence. Even though I tried to update my phone number with them FOUR times. We felt we were harassed out of our apartment because the management refused to deal with the harassment we faced from a neighbour. Don't live here, look elsewhere.
