Basically, my biggest complaint is that the apartment managers give you a good deal to move in and then once you are in here they know it is hard to move so they raise the rent by a lot when your lease is due. so you have to move or renew at a much higher rent.

plus, the noise is bad. the walls and floors are so thin that i can hear the people upstairs running their washer, vacuum and garbage disposal.

I will be moving from here as soon as poossible to avoid another rent hike when my lease is up again
