Good location but...

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
The apartement manager is unfriendly (Althogh the other management staff are welcoming). Upon renewal they increased the rent blaming on the market. Nobody wants to live in an unfriendly enviroment, I think. Hence my decision to leave the property when my lease expires.
