Gym sucks and half the stuff in the is broken.
Found an actual pile of ---- in the dryer one time.
If your payment is late you cant pay cash but must get a cash advance.(real pain in the ass)
People at the front desk are unhelpful and overall hard to deal with.
Lots of shady people living next door.
DRUGS are cheap though.
RIMS are free if you steal them like half the people living here.
Rent is steep for what you get.
Pond is disgusting.
Pool looks like pond.
When you say something to management make sure they write it down, or else they will never remember.
Even after they wrote it down a few times they just misplaced it making you look like the -------.
DO NOT STAY HERE
There are other places close by that don't cost as much and are not gang hide-outs.

This place is overrated bad! Managment is young an not very responcible. Please put another one of your stupid written in 1999 somekinda notice on my door again. Don't you have little gocarts that you could come knock and mabye discuss with us. We are more than tenants we are humans.

There is an online payment option - I use it often, just go to rentpayment.com. Plus, if you paid your rent on time, then you wouldn't get a letter...or you wouldn't have to pay by money order.

They don't advertise that anywhere. When I asked about it, Tammy, that ----- from the front office, told me they didn't have it either when I lived here. Thanks for your comment but when you deal with human being you should have a little compassion with people you live near and especially when those people are customers of yours and one's you never have problems with. If the --- black guy at the door knew something about anything it might be a different story but his answer to everything was, "I will let Tammy know, thanks." Stupid people I guess. I have lived in 4 different apt. complexes during my tenure in college and working and I have never lived in a place as bad as this. thanks.
