PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE VERY NICE AT FIRST!( SO THAT TAMMY CAN REMAIN TOP ONE MILLION DOLLAR SELLER!) THEY WILL GET YOU IN THEN IT ALL CHANGES! CHEAP APARTMENTS FOR TOO MUCH MONEY!YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING OUTSIDE AND ABOVE YOU! THEY ARE INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND MILDEW! THEY ALSO CAN CARE LESS ABOUT THE TENANTS AND THE WELL BEING OF THEIR FAMILIES! I BET THEY WOULD NOT BE CAUGHT DEAD HAVING THEIR FAMILIES LIVING IN THESE CONDITONS BUT THEY WANT OTHER PEOPLE TOO! WHAT A SHAME BEFORE GOD!!!!!! ALSO THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A GATED COMMUNITY BUT THE GATE NEVER WORKS! SEVERAL CARS BEING BROKEN IN TO AND RESIDENTS NOT EVEN BEING NOTIFIED! SO PLEASE WHAT EVRE YOU DO KEEP LOOKING!!!!!!!!!!!!! MAY GOD LEAD YOU TO A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE!BE PATIENT ITS WORTH IT, BECAUSE IF THE HEAD IS DISHONEST AND CORRUPT , YOU DONT WANT YOUR FAMILY LIVING UNDER HER RULE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hahahahahahaha management^^^^^ bwahaha lies lies lies, dont move here DONT DONT DONT horrible people Told me at one point I owed for some stupid fee that doesn't exist. Not nice about it at all. If you want a great place to live and tons of people that are scary as hell living around you then go elsewhere.

I feel that I should repsond to this because I don't feel that people take the time to write the good things. I have lived at Southpoint Crossing for a few years now. I have experienced none of the issues that are listed in the above statement. If anything, I have only experienced a pleasent office staff that is willing to go above and beyond for me. When I left a candle burning and went on vaction, I called the office and they immediately tended to it for me. Another time, I went on vaction and was gone for over a week, when I got home I noticed that the staff had delivered over 8 boxes into my apartment - I was so pleased that they thought enough to do this for me as I was dead tired from my trip. I also had surgery and was not able to walk my dog --- what did the staff do for me? They walked my dog for me all week. I feel that it is only fair to respond to the negativity of one person, with the positivety of another. I can only give you my thoughts as to my personal experience, but if you are looking for a nice home, nice atmostsphere, polite staff that is willing to help at any cost, and all in a central location....then this IS the place for you. RESPONSE TO BELOW STATEMENTS -- I am infact, NOT management, but just like you I have my own opinion of where I live. The office infact did walk my dog when I was unable too. I shouldn't have to defend my experiences here, however it's hard not to when it seems you want to disrespect them. In any case, I'm 1 person that does live in a 1 bedroom apartment here at Southpoint Crossing and have for a few years, and just like you are allowed to post your thoughts.....just remember, so am I.

If your currently living there then why would you be posting on here still? I don't understand, are you really that boring? I moved out and am glad of it too. I have met alot of people around the triange (travel for my job) that have had similar experiences at Southpoint. I still have a friend who lives there and she can't stand it either. It's a business and by you living there makes it a service to you, which mean there shouldn't be some of these issues that we have experienced. Their is alot of new development around the area...IF i can tell any of you out there looking at Southpoint it is worth it to spend the ext 35 bucs elsewhere (possibly a newer development) near the mall.
