WE moved in about 4 months ago and have only had problems. They say dogs are no problem, its a lie. They will find a way to get you in the end, the staff is not very good. Marcus is nice and friendly, but that's because he,s on the bottom end of the food chain. They Make you pay a pet deposit of $200 and then charge you every month for your pet. When you leave they'll make you pay for new carpet even if you have not been there long. It sounds as if every body is stomping around above you, and there is a lot of drug traffic. The food disposal sounds like its going to explode and the bugs are very bad. There is goose crap all over the place, and the management never cleans the pond. People dump trash on the walking trail, half the gym wont work. I found some teen up there one night at 3:00am in the morning before going to work jacking off. The management just rides around on the golf carts all day, I even saw them at the Kroger while shopping harassing customers. The garbage is horrible, and they make you walk to the dumpster that is about a quarter of a mile from some of the apartments. I have even seen people throwing there trash in the woods, and putting it on there car hoods. The start you off at a good rent rate and then hike it up after the 4th month. You are in a binding lease and cant move with out penalty's.
