The office personnel are extremely unorganized & unprofessional. My neighbors are very, very noisy. The pool was closed for the mjority of the summer that I moved in due to "cleaning issues". (yeah, right!) Maintenance does not respond to you promptly. There are so many roaches that I was close to charging them rent to stay in my apartment!!
