I have been living at spring Ridge for about 2 years and I like it. The staff changes every 3 months so there are no real opprotunities to build relationships. The maintenance is VERY slow on responding to repair issues. The grounds are kept nice. The walls are thin and you can generally hear what your neighbors are doing but it is a working class community so the noise does not last until all hours of the night.
