Don't even bother

I've lived at Springfield for two years and it seems to keep going downhill. I've had three people live above me, and all have managed to bother me with their constant foot-stomping as they walk back and forth. It's like clockwork. I don't know if it's just my bad luck or the horrible craftsmanship. The bottom-floor neighbors also play their music way too loud. It literally vibrates through the walls. I also once had a leak in my ceiling, and it took them over three weeks to patch the hole in the ceiling once they had repaired the leak. If you live on the first floor, be ready to deal with the major bug problem, as you can always expect to find spiders, silverfish, etc. My icemaker has never worked and the dishwasher leaks (probably because of the 1970's appliances). They are currently doing "renovations", which has only left my side of the complex looking rather dilapidated, piled high with mounds of red mud.
Although the staff is friendly, I plan to get out of this place as soon as my lease is up.
