MY TIME AT SPRINGFIELD APARTMENTS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. THE MANAGERS ARE REALLY NICE UNTIL THE SECOND YOU SIGN THE LEASE. AFTER THAT, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANY OF YOUR COMPLAINTS, CONCERNS, THEY EVEN LOSE YOUR PACKAGES. TODD, THE HEAD MANAGER HAS ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I RECIEVED FREE POWER FOR SIX MONTHS. ON THE SEVENTH MONTH, THEY SENT ME A BILL FOR THAT MONTH, PLUS A 200 DOLLAR LATE FEE (IT WAS NOT LATE, THE POWER WAS JUST STILL IN SPRINGFIELDS NAME) AND TRIED TO BILL ME FOR THE FREE SIX MONTHS! ONE TIME I HAD TO LEAVE TOWN FOR AN EMERGENCY AND SENT MY RENT VIA MAIL AND IT ARRIVED ONE DAY LATE SO TODD TRIED TO CHARGE ME A LATE FEE, SAID MY CHECK WAS NO GOOD AND WANTED A MONEY ORDER. I DID NOT WANT TO SEND A MONEY ORDER IN AND IF I WAITED TO GET BACK MY RENT WOULD HAVE BEEN LATE ENOUGH TO BE EVICTED. TODD HAS NO COMPASSION FOR ANYONE. I EVENTUALLY HAD TO GET A LAWYER TO BREAK MY LEASE. WHILE THAT WAS EXPENSIVE, THAT WAS THE ONLY WAY TO DO IT. I SUGGEST THAT TO ANYONE STUCK THERE!
