Agree with previous comments. The staff, although pleasant, are not completely educated about apartment policies and seem less than equiped to professionally manage such a property. Were the property priced differently, the expectations may not be so high. Important documents are "rubber banded" to resident doors in the hopes that the residents will get it in time to 1)Understand their water may be cut off when they try to get ready in the morning and 2)See that it is an important document under all of the pizza coupons and soliciter information also constantly attached to the door.
The apartments are attractively laid out, but highly prone to dust and spiders. The exterior of our building was not maintained and I never once saw anyone cleaning, sweeping around our building. They are certainly not priced fairly for square footage. There are definitely better deals available.
On several occasions I called maintenance for a particular request, to never have it repaired.
The pool was never clean on the many occasions we utilized it.
I also favored the apartment because it had a fairly accessible work out facility. I was told upon move in that this was a 24 hour facility. On more occasions than not, the code to this facility was either not working or locked to residents, thus not being available when promised.
The area is also extremely unsecure and there are no alarm systems, gates and all doors only consist of one lock.
I do not recommend this apartment to anyone. MOST IMPORTANTLY- there are so many other newer, nicer apartments with comparable prices to this one, much better square footage and tighter security.
