I have lived at springfield for 2 years. The management at the property is very friendly and helpful. As far as the other comments on this page we have had water shut off on various occations due to unpredictable curcumstances. The property does a lot of upgrading of the poroperty each year. This year we have gotten a new fitness center, and the pool area including the pool was all redone. I would highly reccomend this community to all.
