Spent a year there and wondered why I was sick every weekend until I figured out the "dust" that seemed to be everywhere was black mold. The office staff's 'recommendation' - "use bleach to clean it". So then not only the mold but the bleach smell to stink the place up.

Maintenance came quickly but often left very nasty notes even when it was something not your fault.

The place was quiet until the partying started but even that noise was covered by the sound of the central air.

At the end of the year, rent increased almost 25% making it ridiculous for the size and quality of the apartment.

I lived in this complex for just over a year and am not at all surprised by this. There are many places to live that are better and cheaper than Springfield.
