Avoid Springfield. The office staff is rude and unprofessional. Whenyour lease expires your tenancy will be converted to a month to month tenancy and a service charge of $100 per month will be added. Also, your rent will convert to the "market rate" which is typically between $150-$200 higher than your lease rate.

The tenants are very loud and there are frequent gatherings in the parking lots in the middle of the night. You will hear fights and profanity from other residents on a regular basis. If you choose to ue the pool, expect to find disgusting items floating in and littering the ground beside the pool. The apartments are dark, drab and depressing. This is the worst place I have ever lived.

There were multiple instances of drug addicts banging on doors at odd hours screaming at either their dealer or spouse inside to let them in to get a fix.

There are a number of better choices nearby. DO NOT PUNISH YOURSELF!
