The complex is heavily populated with drug addicts and violent criminals. Visits from police that involve yelling, tenseness and arrests are not uncommon and occur at all hours. There is frequent loud profanity late at night. There are numerous insects that the staff will not seriously attempt to exterminate. Staff is extraordinarily rude, confrontational and views residents as the enemy, even those who pay rent on time and make no disturbances. This is a notorious slum and could be the worst apartment facility in this part of Durham. DO NOT CHOOSE TO LIVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!
