Looks great in the Marketing brochure, but that's about it.

I've been a resident here for about a year and I'm glad that I get to move on to a better place after graduation. Someone else mentioned how the management was lazy and incompetent and I couldn't agree more. Also, the walls are thin as hell, so thin in fact that you can hear bits and pieces of normal conversations right next door. Also, this place is not as fun as you might think because the common rooms are always overrun by families with little babies. We couldn't even watch the NCAA championship in the movie theatre without having to sit through constant interruptions by 5 screaming kids. If you're over 35, you might fit in well here, but I'm not so sure this is the ideal place for graduate students.
There are several nice things about this place, such as the pools, gameroom and movie theatre. The layout of the apartments is pretty good and the loft-stylings are a nice touch.
I've been to some nice places off of Roxboro st, which is an 8min drive from Duke. Look there first.
