This place has declined greatly since we moved into it. The cheerful, helpful attitude of the staff is no longer present once you become a tenant. Here are a couple of complaints. Last summer, I inquired about a pool party and was told that 1:1 ratio for guests:residents was allowed at the pool. Two weeks later, one of the office employees (who didn't even live at the Lofts) was seen with a group of her friends by the pool. Secondly, my husband and I informed the front desk personnel 6 months prior to our fulfillment of our lease. The personnel merely said when you know the date you're leaving just remind us closer to the time. We were NOT reminded of the 60 day notice. We finally received the house inspection and had a date for which we were officially moving out, but were late in informing them/ completing the paperwork. We were smacked with a hefty increase in rent for the extra month for which we weren't even living there. There was little, if any, concern for renting the apartment earlier for us. Then again why would they care since they were getting our increased rent payment'''
