we have been living poplar west for about 4 years and generally the experience is great. the lease office staff are friendly and nice, they respond propmt whenever we have a problem. we once had a aircondationing problem, they got it solved in one day, and a toilet problem happened in a weekend, they got it solved in the same weekend after we give an emergency call.

I had very bad experience in poplar West. Mold grew up on the wall and roaches were everywhere. The worst is the attitude of the administrators. They always gave bad faces to me and spoke rudely.
