TERRIBLE maintenance

I like the Poplar Manor because it's relatively new, great location, huge lit parking lot and safe so far. Managing office is kind and helpful.
Problem's maintenance. They had to "repair" a sink leak 4 times to finally fix it. They're polite though their car parked always at the front handicap area is not only illegal but also rude. After strong wind, pines & branches covered half parking lot, 2 wks later it's still like that. I paid 20$ for card to use laundry room, but after paying I noticed ANYONE can enter just by pushing the door!
Doors of apt. are fragile and easy to break in, & I hate the fact maintenance people have keys to it.
