Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007
I lived there for four years, I never thought the landlord could charge me the broken blinds and two little spots of peeled paitings on wall. We kept the apartment well-maintained, the carpet was very clean and soft at the time we left.
Be ware of being robbed at that time when you leave, anyway they have your deposit in pocket. You can do nothing about it. Even it is not your fault, but you have to pay it, because they won't get your deposit fully returned.
Some of staff are really mean!
