Have been living in Louise Cir. for 4 years, and here is my opinion.

Pros:

1. Inexpensive price. Currently I am living in a 2br townhouse, and price is $580 per month -- pretty nice deal comparing to the other apartments.
2. Better environment. Considering the high crime rate in this area, I would say at least, the rate is at least slightly lower here than other nearby community.
3. Friendly staff. Quick response to our request for service.
Cons:
1. Old house. These house were built in 1970's, and now it is pretty old. Be aware of roaches (Now Orkins comes to kill roaches every three months).
2. May have trouble in getting your full deposit when you move out. This is my friends' experience -- they finally got it but with lots of fighting. I am not sure yet if same thing will happen when I move out, hope not.
3. Very bad laundry room. The dryers can hardly work. We have to use washer/dryers in Poplar Manor's buildings.
