Campus Walk is terrible

2 Maintenance requests to fix a clogged shower drain were never filled. Roaches everywhere. Insulation is terrible - costs almost $200/month to heat in the winter (1000 sq. ft). Building is falling apart. Not safe. Trinity management won't prorate months so be wary of your lease terms. Neighbors can be easily heard through the walls. A generally terrible place to live - go 3 miles down 15-501 and find a much better place for the same price.
