Livable, but not choice. No control over things like heating (it's run on a boiler room). Insulation is poor so every step your upstairs neighbor makes is extremely noisy. Only one AC unit in an apt makes for a very hot summer in the back rooms. Parking lots are gravel, so if you value your paint job...you're SOL. Maintenance jobs are half-assed. Ghetto across the street. HOWEVER, the windows are great, residents are a mix from typical college students to eclectic old hippies.
