Lived her for quite sometime. Staff is great and very prompt and freindly. There are no neglete issues, or pests here. But it is a 70 year old building so it is not brand new. If you are looking for a brand new "cookie-cutter" dwelling this is not the place for you. The high ceilings, free heat (which is controllable), and free hot water are great. The residents are quite and pleasant, and the neighborhood is safe, they even have their own courtesy officer on site. In fact I lived here when the "so-called" fire for neglete happened, this is an ablostute falsehood.
