nice complex nice staff good neighbors close to duke

I have lived at washburn court for two and a half years now. I really loved living here. The manager and company were great to work with , the apartment was nice with lots of light, hardwood floors, good appliances, nice neighbors, mostly graduate students so not a lot of parties--noise and so close to my classes at Duke and my part time work. I really recommend living here especially for the location, price and and comfort.
