I lived in this apartment community and would not recommend it to others. The apartment layouts themselves were nice and spacious. However, it was clear that it was not built well - I could hear my neighbors all the time and my utility bills were high due to the poor insulation (I could stand next to the window and actually feel a draft). The pool is nice as well as the racquetball court, but the fitness center equipment was older than I am and in poor condition. I also had an infestation of bugs in my apartment - the management tried to help at first and sent an exterminator several times. Finally they gave up and the exterminator said I just had to live with it. Needless to say, I did not renew my lease!
