Not a bad place at all. Though some of the earlier residents raised concerns about safety, I did not find any reason for such concern. The surroundings are good, almost picturesque with a lake and good landscaping. There is a lot of parking space and I never had to walk more than a few feet to reach my home.
The insulation seems to be a problem with the electricity bills showing no signs of compromise!
The office staff are cheerful and try to help you. An added advantage is the decent (about 100 or so) free video titles in the rental office.
There are quite a few ------- here too. So, that was one deciding factor in choosing thia apartment.
