Increased crime

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
Within the past six months there has been increased crime activity at Waterford Village. My car has been broken into twice since March. The management seems to be at a loss of what to do. For the amount of rent we pay each month there should be a security gate and/or a security guard on staff at all times. I am concerned for my families safety.One staff person in particular has been very rude. I am not planning to renew my lease.
