You'll regret it. For those of you that have read the other ratings and are considering WATERFORD VILLAGE, CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!! I stay here now and it's been a nightmare. MOLD!!! ..and it's not just my apartment but the whole darn complex. Oh yeah they may send someone out and do a few repairs and tell you the problem is fixed but it's not!! It takes alot more than what they're doing for the mold problem. BUGS!!! According to other reviews, it's been buggy for years and centipedes 3 inches long hanging above your bed at night to fall on you in your sleep. WATERBUGS!! ROLLY POLLIES!! SPIDERS!!When we first moved here we thought it was wonderful but let me tell you about maintinence walking in your home anytime they want to without letting you know in advance when they're coming..you could be sleep, in the shower, it doesn't matter. I've had to hold my door to keep them from coming in when I wasn't dressed. My lease is almost up and I DEFINITLY WILL NOT RENEW.
Under new management and still getting worse. Staff just lies to you to get rid of you and everything's broke. The business center is always closed because something's broke, the pool is nasty most times, music is loud, trash overflowing at times,laundry facilities not kept up. NEED I SAY MORE''!!!

The person above is extremely delusional. I'm guessing they just didn't pay their bills and expected their food stamps to pay for them. I actually live in this very same apartment. I have for over a year. Very nice people here. Anything that has broken(which has been a few), was fixed within a day. The sound insulation of the apartments is the best I have ever been in. I am on the second floor and can't hear ANYONE. I'm extremely happy here. Ignore the comment above. I'd kick them out of my complex too.

Sounds like the apt complex wrote this reply. Read the other reviews. You can not collect food stamps making well over $60,000.00 per year...sorry. I had the pictures to prove my story and the rollie pollies were taken to the office. The corporate ofc in NY that owned the property, if they would tell the truth,could verify my story! I don't have to lie! You wrote this story in 2007 but I lived it in 2004-2005
