In short these are the pitfalls that I've had to deal with.

1) Mold in the apartments,
2) Because of the mold, you get those bugs
called "silverfish" (do a little
search to see what these buggers do) No
matter how much you spray, they'll stay.
3) When the neighbors moved out, their
roaches decided to make my place their
home.
4) Come spring time, you're gonna get the
centipedes and rollie pollies coming
from all opening in the apartment.
5) Oh and lastly, the place has become
increasingly getto. Such is demonstrated
by the trash left in the parking lot
when people get out of their cars at
night.

Thus, you've been warned. When you come from work, you like to come home to peace. don't move here and make your life miserable by moving here.

Hello There, Thank you for stopping me in my tracks! I had made up my mind to sign the lease and move in pronto. I saw the model and it was great. The Gym , the pool , movie room, car port and the staff was really pleasant. I was told that the apartment was not ready for viewing but that i needed to make a decision sooner rather than ....... long story short. ... i am very interested to hear what options you have.
