I wish that I had taken the advice I saw on here, but I wanted to see for myself. This place is horrible. I think it's better to list:

1. Maintenance takes DAYS to respond.
2. I had an air conditioner leak in the apt. above me. My wall, carpet, and baseboard turned yellow. They tore up the carpet, removed the baseboard, and painted the wall. Leaving me with a white wall, missing carpet, and no baseboard. This took 2 weeks to repair.
3. My rent check was considered late twice and I had to pay late fees only to find out it was sitting on someone's desk.
4. I had 15 roomates per nights (centipedes, spiders, worms, frogs, you name it) and THEY do NOTHING.
5. The walls are not insulated obviously, so you can hear all your neighbors around you and your power bills will be ridiculous.
6. Finally, I came home find all of my clothes removed from my closet and left on my bed and wet foot prints all over the carpet. I thought I had been robbed, maintenance never returned my call and I found out a day later that the apt. to the left of me flooded and maintence tried to preserve my stuff. they put my bed in front of my dresser, threw my clothes on the bed, ripped up my carpet and it STAYED that way until I broke my lease and moved out. They left no note nor did they call about the entrance. IN ADDITION, they charged me fees upon moving out to clean my carpet. This place is a scam. DO NOT MOVE THERE!
