I've lived in Waterford Village for almost 3 years. Fortunately, my bug issues haven't been terrible but the NOISE level in the apartments is HORRIBLE. Evidently the first 2 years of my lease the people living above and below me were very quiet folks...but not anymore. If you're unlucky enough to be a light sleeper then you should look elsewhere for an apartment. I've lived in 6 different apartment complexes in my adult life and have NEVER experienced such a horrible noise level in any complex except this one. I actually purchased EAR PLUGS just to get a full night's sleep.

The office staff has always been friendly and maintenance requests have consistently been completed in a timely fashion but I will not be renewing my lease. The noise and rising rent price is just too much for me. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
