The clubhouse and amenities are exquisite...but please, do not be fooled. On the day we were scheduled to move in, we received the keys and excitedly went to our apartment (expecting some semblance of the beautiful model we had seen just weeks before). Upon entry to the apartment we first noted that the carpet was worn and stained; there was a huge crack in the living room ceiling and the kitchen and bathroom cabinets were horrible - cork shavings all over the place. In addition, there were items left in the cabinets. Then, worst of all, we saw a few roaches and immediately contacted the rental office to inform them of our overall displeasure with the condition of the apartment and specifically that the roaches were a deal breaker...they apologized and assured us that they would send an exterminator that day. We were very disappointed and left to run some errands. When we returned in the evening (no exterminator ever showed), we were shocked and disgusted when we turned on the lights and literally the apartment was infested with roaches - EVERYWHERE...in the cabinets, refrigerator (yes in the refrigerator)! We demanded our money back or a new apartment...they did show us a different apartment but that one had roaches (not as many) as well. Our interaction with the management leaves much to be desired...excuse after excuse. Fortunately, we were able to get out of the lease and find a much nicer, roach-free apartment. We took pictures; I will add them to the site in a few days.
