Great First Experience...Things Changed Tremendously Once I Moved In!!!

Ok, I originally was interested in the smallest one bedroom, The Dursley, and was rather please by the model that I was shown. I decided to take a peek at the bigger one bedroom, The Heathmoor, and was immediately sold on this floorplan b/c of the space it provided. WOW, day of move in, I was assigned to an apartment in the very back of the complex. I opened my patio door to be greeted by the wheel rolling on the pavement on I-40, which runs directly behind the complex. That was offset #1, the 2nd came when there was a gas grill on the patio that I assumed had been left by a past tenant. I was irritated with what I had seem up to this point and I asked to be assigned to another apartment. I got smart, or at least I thought I did, about the situation and asked to see everyone Heathmoor they had available. I founf the perfect one in the 1501 building beside the office. I was sold on this one...it had new carpet and the smell of fresh paint filled the room. After I moved in, my dream turn into a nightmare on Woodway Club Dr. My neighbor seemed to have high traffic in and out her place. The man directly across from me barely comes out of his apartment, not to mention his blinds are torn down or either hanging by threads. My covered paid for parking seems to attract other cars. I have spiders, ants, gnats, centipedes....etc. Why would I need a pet' There is high turnover in the office. The young lady who I first me (Tavi) or something....very nice, showed me the property and all its features...I was greeted by Kelly, whew, another breath of fresh air, she was great. Now, here the downfall, maintenance was called to fix my ice maker, I came home to notice my microwave had been used...some left their paper towel, and they had help themselves to my bottle water....interesting! There is a big front put on my management at first, but you get the real mckoy after you move in. I definitely won't renew, and I'm about to beleieve the propert owes me money back for my troubles!!!!
