Upon moving to Waterford Village in March of 2007, I was greeted with the most delightful staff and the entire property's appearance. Once I walked in, I realized this is not the other cookie cutter apartment communities. The staff is genuine and throughout my entire lease here, they have not only went above and beyond in their business, they TRULY CARE. I have been leasing apartments for over 13 years now and in most every other experience, there has been mostly a "cut and dry" business relationship with all of the staff members. And in every community I have lived, all of the residents were not always satisfied. I would not change my rental status here, as it is coming up for renewal. Most of the negative experiences that are written are sometimes exagerated and normal mishaps do occur in apartment living as it would randomly occur in owning a home. The staff is diligent and dedicated and most of all...FAIR!! At Waterford Village, you are treated as a person, NOT a statistic. This is a beautiful property with so much to offer. I do often see the leasing office is busier than most, but there has never been a day when any of the staff members are too busy to remember who I am. I would very much reccommend an apartment here to my closest family members. It is a great location and well kept up. See for yourself!

I am sure this person who worte this review is the staff member of this properties, either this person got the money from the propertie manager. I am sure this revew is not true. This was the worst properties which I have ever lived.

Common waterford, everyone knows that it is a review by the apartment staff. Instead of spending your efforts to write false reviews, why don't you think on how to improve your apartment. Yeah, true, you cannot do the second one.

I agree with this post, its nice to see someone really be honest about this place. It is a nice place to live.
