Not a safe place and don't trust management

Hi,

Sincerely think twice before you sign the lease here. There has been so many bad incidents like theft, burglary happening in the recent times. The management does not care anything about the personal safety and once you have signed the lease, you are trapped. They have unrealistic lease breakage penalties and will not even attempt to help you in some way in case of some issues. I hope you read this message and my sincere advise is to think twice before signing the lease.

I am 100% agree with this review. Several incidents like robbery, car theft, burglary happened in last couple of weeks and the management is doing nothing for the safety of their residents. Management doesn???t care for the resident safety.

I agree with everyone's comments. I can not wait till my lease is up. The management staff are very unprofessional and rude. To get repairs done/completed is a nightmares. DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All reviews couldn't have been truer. Don't believe anything you hear from management. They say one thing and do another. Refridgerator went out lost all my food, told me to replace everything and submit receipt, done that and was not reimbursed. Call the the top management and still nothing was done. All they think about is making a dollar. If they only put themselves in our shoes then they will know how we as tentants feel. Told me refridgerator was not an urgent matter, but when coming to losing your food and was told to replace and then not get reimburse per management. So, other tentants I hope your refridgerator don't go out, I will take 2 days before repairs are done. All I wanted was my money back to replace my food. So, because a place looks nice to live in doesn't mean you have a professional staff. So, when considering moving please check website for comments
